I had a 1030 appt. , but service took 3 hours due the the techs taking 1 hour lunch while I waited. This practice is not customer focused. I realize additional services were added, but due to the hour for techs taking 1 hour lunch while I waited. This practice is not customer focused. Brought my 2018 Ram to service on last minute notice for bad battery. No appointment and Jason took care of me. Checked my truck out for engine electronic components and found it was just the battery. bad battery. No appointment and Jason took care of me.
