Despite Chrysler Fiat Protection Plan approval delays, I found the dealership and Service Advisor , Jason very competent. A turbocharger was replaced and my 2014 Ram 3500 DWR is back to normal with only 790 found the dealership and Service Advisor , Jason very competent. It was a the 12th visit for the same issue over 2 years. A faulty display screen/computer. The dealer service depts are “trying” but the unit, or design, is flawed! But for this visit , all that was done over a 2-3 hr time span was to turn on logging. To be fair, dealership had to contact FCA - but given 11 previous visits. Thus should’ve been done 8-10 visits ago. More

Worst mechanics. Every time something was fixed, something else conveniently broke. Even after my last visit, upon inspecting my vehicle, they left my AC compressor sensor unplugged. Never trust this dealer. Never take your cars here ever. They will sabotage other parts of your car. More

Truly exceptional is an overstatement. It was okay. Appointment was at 0730 and gate wasn’t opened until 0735. 5 minutes is 5 minutes.
