I was informed that my car needed motor mounts and a transmission mount to stop the thudding that was happening at low rpm and higher gear when accelerating. Well they finally come in and I get them done. As soon as I pull off the lot the same exact thing happens. Well I’m stuck with a car that has the same problem after spending $800. More

Unfortunately we purchased Ford Extended Warranty. It was eventually covered after your Service Assistant spent the better part of the day on hold to get an answer from Ford.
