I purchased a new 2025 Chevy Trax on Friday, and by Saturday night, I found myself on the side of a dark road calling for roadside assistance due to transmission issues. I understand that the dealership and staff have little control over the quality control inspections before the vehicles are placed on the sales floor. However, I do expect management to reach out with a phone call—not a text—to assure me that my situation will be resolved and to show genuine concern for my experience. I left a voicemail for the service manager and sent an email to the General Manager, as he instructed me to do in his response to my Google review (I believe he only replied for public relations reasons). After having my car in the shop for over a week, I have not received any phone calls regarding an update. I would like to acknowledge that Juan from the service department did his best to communicate with me and was transparent from the beginning. Because of his efforts, I am still holding onto some faith in Chevy and GM brands. More

Alex at Mark Christopher Chevy was our salesman and he was amazing! We initially called and spoke to Jason to see if they had a car we saw in their online inventory in their lot and once confirmed we let was amazing! We initially called and spoke to Jason to see if they had a car we saw in their online inventory in their lot and once confirmed we let them know our ETA. Alex called us to let us know he would be taking over and let us know exactly where to meet him. We arrived and the car was right out front. Although we bought an Audi from them and not a Chevy, Alex was very knowledgeable about the car and took the time on our test drive to show us everything and answer all our questions. The whole process was direct and to the point; which we appreciated since we had our 3 month old with us, and after having time wasted at 2 other dealerships before this! We would recommended Alex to anyone. More
