My family went to turn in a leased Sentra and get a new 2025 Kicks. Dealership seemed great but then the pressure began. We gave the dealership our monthly payment figure and they said they could make th 2025 Kicks. Dealership seemed great but then the pressure began. We gave the dealership our monthly payment figure and they said they could make the lease work. When going over the paperwork for the lease the rep skipped over the allowed mileage section and had my husband sign and handed him the stack of paperwork and the keys. The paperwork provided was incomplete and pages were omitted from our copy, including the allowed mileage. It wasn't until two weeks later when we received the letter with the account number and monthly payment that we found out the lease only allows 5000 miles per year! We asked for 10,000 per year just like our last 5 Nissan leases. When we called the dealership is have the mistake corrected we were told would be done to fix their error. I have reported them to Nissan Motor Finance and the Nissan Corp along with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE ONLY RUDE UNHELPFUL STAFF. One star is even too generous! More
