After eight years in the car business, the last one right here at Phillips Buick GMC, Jason Hadley has made quite an impression on his customers and fellow sales team members. Maybe, being a single father informs Jason’s patience and willingness to hear what his customer is saying. Going the extra mile to verify his customer’s understanding of the process of buying or leasing a car these days. Jason is enjoying his daughter Kendall’s childhood, spending time with her and supporting her participation in sports and all other things. Jason loves to do anything outdoors: golf, fishing, whatever. He also is a fan of the Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Florida State Seminoles. It all leads to a person out to help as many customers as possible find the right vehicle for them.

First of all love my new AT4 Terrain GMC next on the day of purchase Jason (sales rep) was very informative and was Hassel free and also Joe (finance manager) was also informative and Hassel free. Great experience. Jason showed us exactly what we asked for. No high pressure sales pitch. Wow! Have had a series of events occur with this location. Long story short (well maybe a little short) but purchased a used car. Ended up with some issue Have had a series of events occur with this location. Long story short (well maybe a little short) but purchased a used car. Ended up with some issues that broke my comfort and confidence with car. General manager, sales and finance all hopped onboard to find me a different vehicle, one that I would love and have faith in. The care, understanding, compassionate of this group was mind boggling genuine. Their sincerity of asking questions about what kind of car I’d love, from brand to features was detailed and showed me they were serious. Amazingly, one of the cars I had described was located and they notified within hours of receiving it. They kept their word! It is a car of my dreams. From the point of seeing it for the first to the nonstop time fort and hard work (way beyond that of a normal dealership), I now am the proud owner of a stunning dream car. The process of as handled with exceptional communication, and service far beyond any prior dealer experience. I should know, I worked in the auto industry for many years. This team is authentic in their desire to please customers, to keep them coming back and boy will I. Thank you T. Costa, Kevin Benson and Jason Hadley for listening and acting in the best interest of the customer. The process of buying a car is very intimidating. You ask questions, you sign a lot of papers (that you never see again). You wait for your sales rep to talk to the money man. You wait for your turn You ask questions, you sign a lot of papers (that you never see again). You wait for your sales rep to talk to the money man. You wait for your turn to be talked to by the finance man. You try to remember everything that you were told. And you have to make a decision right away - no time to think it through. Thank goodness this will probably be the last car I purchase. It never gets any easier. More
