I have lost my trust in this dealership, every vehicle i have brought in for service has been damaged by you guys in some sort of way. My Sonata was in for warranty repair, was not offered a loaner vehicle have brought in for service has been damaged by you guys in some sort of way. My Sonata was in for warranty repair, was not offered a loaner vehicle or a time frame as to when my vehicle would be completed. The repairs took a few days and once I got my car back i was about to drive away and i noticed my steering wheel was not put back correctly and saw damaged and misaligned trim on the interior of my car. When i went inside to speak to my service advisor it’s almost like he knew there was damage to my car cause he didn’t act surprised at all. Then he said I would have to come back during the week cause there was no manager on duty at the time. So I had to be inconvenienced once again and bring my car back and leave it with you guys. 2 days go by and I hear nothing about the status of my vehicle, i then call in and my advisor wasn’t available so i had to call 3 more times and still got no where until he sent me a text saying they would need the vehicle longer cause the parts have not arrived and that my car still has to be sent out for another repair, still was not offered a vehicle to drive. I then go in and speak with my advisor and a manager about the situation cause i have been stranded for days without a car and missing work, until they finally agreed to send me to enterprise for a vehicle to drive. Once getting there I then had to pay $50 deposit on the car which i have still not gotten back like they said i would. Waited another 2 days and finally got a call from my advisor that my vehicle is ready. Most of the issues were fixed, although my headliner now is a different color, the weather strips around the front doors are still not put back into place correctly and I had to secure a kick panel myself because the tech said that’s how it’s supposed to be, meanwhile the panel is flapping around. Very disappointed in the service department here. More
