Jay was outstanding in the total process of my purchase of a Hyundai Palisade. We took it for a test drive, and he was very knowledgeable about this vehicle..He put no pressure on me once we returned to th of a Hyundai Palisade. He communicated well as we discussed pricing, discounts, and other information pertaining to a possible sale. This was done in a very professional manner. I won’t go to any dealership but Lester Glenn. I bought 3 Hyundai Tucsons then purchased a Cadillac (mistake) then returned for another Tucson SUV LTD. I love the car as usual.
