My x5 had a recall and needed some service work so I was met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. I have never felt so welcomed and made sure all my concerns were addressed and concluded met by Laura upon dropping my vehicle off at bmw Flemington. Laura was great and had me informed daily via a text or call to let me know the progress of the repairs . I’ll be a forever customer now from the experience I’ve received from Laura Varga. I’ve been in sales my whole life so it’s great to still see someone so nice and caring as Laura is in her profession. We often need more people like her in the sales and service industry ! More
