He was knowledgeable, courteous, and truly listened to what I was looking for. I was in and out in just two hours, as I traveled from Beaufort and wanted to beat evening traffic! "Lady Luck" (the name of my 2026 Chevy Equinox) was pulled up to the front with a FULL tank of gas! Financing through a bank helped streamline the process, but it was really the exceptional customer service and efficiency of the team that made the difference. Starling Chevrolet was too greedy in what they want for their vehicle compared to how they treat you with your trade. Offer you a price that is unreasonable and the give you a bit more explaining why your their vehicle compared to how they treat you with your trade. Offer you a price that is unreasonable and the give you a bit more explaining why your car isn’t worth what you’re asking and then put it on their lot for several thousand dollars more than they told you it was worth. Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in that aspect. More
