Service was horrible! I scheduled an appointment for 10am. Got there and was told no appointment was in the system but my vehicle would be Serviced. At 1:30pm I asked for I scheduled an appointment for 10am. Got there and was told no appointment was in the system but my vehicle would be Serviced. At 1:30pm I asked for a manager since my vehicle was not ready. The manager came and instead of talking to me, he started talking with other employees. I asked for the manager again and someone pointed to him. He took my information, did NOT apologized but got my vehicle taken care of - at least I hope so since I have no way to verify an oil change. No one showed any empathy or concern. Verify poor customer service (except for valet). More

Horrible customer service. Service e center is completely unorganized. Appointments are never kept. I’m not sure you read my complaint. I WAS NOT A WALK IN. I did have an appointment, that was not honored. I waited 3 hours (mind the fact I was early for my appointment) - my car never moved and was not serviced.
