Jarrett Elder did a great job as always.
The only grip I have is that when dropping off the car, out of the 7 service consultants there, Jarrett was the only one that had a line of clients.
The only grip I have is that when dropping off the car, out of the 7 service consultants there, Jarrett was the only one that had a line of clients. The others had nothing better to do. I had to wait for Jarrett for about 25 minutes while he finished off with two other clients rather than one of the other service associates helping me. This is ridiculous.

When it was time to pick my vehicle up, I stood in line for the cashier that was out of her seat with a “I’ll return in five minutes” sign. 10 minutes later, the cashier reappeared. The entire 10 minutes another woman sat in the cashier box and did not say a word, despite seeing a growing line of people forming. No one pulled my car up for me after paying for the repairs. I had to find the car myself in the parking lot and when I got to my vehicle, I had to pull off the plastic seat cover and paper liner from my floorboard. I purchased a $300 tire and did not even so much as receive a complimentary car wash or any other benefit. In today’s economic environment and a plethora of options around this area, I will definitely be going elsewhere in the future. The customer service was really lacking! I used you for years, but will not continue in the future if this is, how is your service department will continue to treat loyal customers. Dissatisfied and disappointed!

When the truck was returned to your dealership from the body shop Jarret inspected the vehicle and sent it back because it wasn’t up to his standard. I was so happy that Jarret called me to let me know not to drive down (45 min for me) he handled it so professionally. I was very upset but he was able to keep me calm about the entire process.
Jarret is the type of team member that I would like to have on my team where I work. Someone that takes pride in his job!
