Jarrett is an excellent service advisor. He's been servicing my cars for many years. Very honest and polite. I had my car serviced (as a walk in) and appreciate that I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I fe I could receive service the same day.. I was somewhat disappointed that after leaving the dealership, my tire pressure monitor started to flash; I feared a flat tire so I stopped on the side of the road to check-all was well. Called the dealership and left a message seeing as it was after 6 pm. They promptly called me the next morning and told me to come back to the dealership to have service rectify the problem. When I arrived, I was told that it would be approximately 30-35 mins service time. It was almost 2 hours later when I got my car back. I asked Jarrett if they could do a quick car wash for my inconvenience and he said he would arrange it. Sadly, no car wash. I did appreciate the video of the status of the car but would have appreciated even more so a video of the finished work. Jarrett was kind and competent but I could see at the end just before I got my car back, that the relationship developed was strained. It would be great to hear from you to hear what you think of my feedback. Thanks. More

Expensive. I received too many phone calls during my stay about people trying to buy my car (at least 4). I should only receive updates pertaining to my cars service during this time, especially considering the price tag paid. Additionally, the doors to my preferred waiting area was locked, when I told a manager and another staff member I was brushed off. The other waiting area was filled with sick people in a windowless room, not ideal for waiting 5 hours for service. More
