Not giving me the peace of mind Had to come back to fix problems that supposed be solved. Replaced new battery (according to their reccomandation, the battery was still functional) a Had to come back to fix problems that supposed be solved. Replaced new battery (according to their reccomandation, the battery was still functional) and then the day after I had to use jumpers to start my car and visit them again, they said deffective battery (couldn’t they check before I left in the first time??) Another case, I had a service, came back the day after due to noice in the wheels, so they found another part that need to be replaced with sever malfunction, just the day after!! Hey it’s Toyota Siena 2016, relatively new car.. I would expect them to fix the car and not making me coming back the day after to re-fix it... and not putting me and my family in risk (bad wheel part that had to be replaced just the day after!!) I don’t get my peace of mind expected from dealership !! I have used their service for the last year and a half, probably will stop using them. More
