I have done a mistake and request to change the Cabin Air Filter & gave the instructions that it has to be same as the one which is installed from the factory which is the Premium Charcoal Filter (87139-0E40), not TOYOTA VALUE LINE PARTS with YZZ letters (87139-YZZ37). When I saw the invoice, I found the value line part number and they insist that this is the expensive one and they show me the normal Capin filter which is without Charcoal (Old School) not for now days models at all and compared with the value line one as its the upgraded one to convince me & of course I know both parts physically & its parts numbers as well plus some knowledge in Automotive line and spare parts specially of my car. When I asked them to cancel this filter and give me my old filter and I will fix it myself, they didn't give me my original filter that was fitted in my car and give another used value line cabin filter to hide their dishonest job. The guys are very rude (Service advisor & the workshop technician) not eligible to deal with clients, Tire rotation is not done, no information about tire condition or treadwear, no information yet about brake pads as well and my car was over 30,250 miles and my tires are really in bad condition & both has to be changed very soon.
Most of the good reviews to this dealer looks like to be from friends/relatives or customers that they don't have enough basic information about Cars, Parts & Service, so they will be happy with this poor service & they will be the preferable category to the dealer as well.
