Our experience at Phillips Chevy was very good; we definitely got the best price on the car we wanted, after talking with 6 other dealerships - none of whom had an in-stock model with a built-in sunro definitely got the best price on the car we wanted, after talking with 6 other dealerships - none of whom had an in-stock model with a built-in sunroof. We also appreciated receiving a full, final and unwavering out-the-door price for the car. This was quite unusual; it was not done by most of the other dealers we spoke with. The Phillips employees we dealt with, both on the phone and in person, were all professional, friendly and helpful. The salesman, Joe Luque, was especially accommodating - walking back and forth in the drizzle repeatedly to handle almost all of our transaction outside. We'd requested this to appease our Corona virus concerns as much as possible and were only asked to go indoors for the required final signatures with the finance mgr. The last thing we appreciated about Phillips was that the total time needed to test-drive, purchase and drive our new car home was half as long as it had taken to buy our previous car from Bob Rohrman Nissan, despite Phillips being understandably busy w/other customers ahead of us. We will definitely check in with Joe and Phillips if/when we next need another car. More

Wow I was truly blessed today. I came to Phillip's because of my checking engine light. I was thinking about buying out my lease and was introduced to Mike Herris who teamed me up with Jarrell who was because of my checking engine light. They were able to help with my service issues and buy out my Traverse and everything is even better lowered my payment and got a warranty I should have gotten the first time anyways. This was the worst car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write but I find it important people know how terrible the the customer service w have ever had. This is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write but I find it important people know how terrible the the customer service was. As soon as we signed the deal they moved on as if we didn’t matter anymore. Even though they not only miss calculated our taxes, misplaced our title, and issued new plates although we paid for a plate transfer. They also failed to followup or follow through on their repeated promises to rectify their mistakes. It is currently 92 days since we purchased the vehicle and we still don’t have our title. My wife and I have made several calls enquiring about the whereabouts of our title and problems with the plates but yet we are still in this predicament. When we first noticed we couldn’t license the vehicle I reached out to the salesman who sold us the car who brushed us off and stopped taking our calls and ignored my text. Unfortunately from our experience that trend continues through the entire company including the GM who never did return my calls or emails with one exception being Matt the finance coordinator. This has been truly a less than desirable experience with the most incompetent management I’ve ever dealt with professionally. I’d strongly recommend another dealer if at all possible. More
