My car was returned to me after a week waiting for a lithium battery change. No one explained to me what or wasn't done but I read on my paperwork the battery in my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Blue had "expande lithium battery change. No one explained to me what or wasn't done but I read on my paperwork the battery in my 2022 Hyundai Tucson Blue had "expanded." I googled that and found out that could mean the battery could have catch fire or explode!!! I have made multiple calls to the service department to find out more and no one ever answers the phone. I am afraid to drive this car! More

GARY THE CROWN SERVICE MGR. dissuaded me from bringing my Crown Hyundai factory-certified Tucson there after two other automotive shops said the EV/12 volt battery was set up in dissuaded me from bringing my Crown Hyundai factory-certified Tucson there after two other automotive shops said the EV/12 volt battery was set up in a way that they could not figure out. GARY THE SERVICE MGR. told me the battery was not covered by warranty but the Crown sales mgr. (and my Crown Hyundai factory certified warranty) said it was. When I dropped the car off, a random woman (not a service rep.) was enlisted to take my keys and call me an Uber. She mentioned they have only ONE EV mechanic so it would take "days" to replace my battery! When I called at 1 pm the day after dropping my car off, they had no record of my car in the computer system, didn't know where it was or who had the key. The person who is supposed to be the SERVICE MANAGER, GARY, called me back to say they would take care of my car "as soon as they could." This is an example of why I didn't want to take my car to the dealership in the first place. It took a WEEK to get the battery changed and tires rotated. Car returned dirty. No one reviewed charges or what was done to car. Calls for more info were unreturned. Worst "service" experience ever. I will be trading my car so I never have to deal with these people again. More

No longer will buy a vehicle from them. ...💯💯 After purchasing FOUR vehicles from them over the course of 7 years, their service has gotten worse!! Too long to write. Quick to get yo ...💯💯 After purchasing FOUR vehicles from them over the course of 7 years, their service has gotten worse!! Too long to write. Quick to get you in a car then leave you high and dry!!! Kept my money that should have been refunded. If I didnt follow up, CONTINUALLY, I would have NEVER gotten it!! 😞 Took off a few days from work for them to fix parts. Eeven when it was told to me, to come in, they'll fix it, they weren't ordere nor did the service department know. Now today,, after being a loyal customer for 7 YEARS, they didn't trust the consumer when the service guy Eric V should have done his job. Having me sit in my car as if my word wasn't bond, is unacceptable. This place might look better on the 'outside" but on the "inside" I WOULDN'T TRUST ANYTHING OR ANYONE AT CROWN. GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! I KNOW I WILL BE!!!!💯💯 More

First experience with this dealership and couldn't be happier! Took my Hyundai Santa Fe in for service and my advisor, Jarett Ziemak, was wonderful - knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I have been working with Casey Newman for several years now and he has always been outstanding. I have purchased several cars personally at this dealership, with Casey's help, Both my kids have also purcha now and he has always been outstanding. I have purchased several cars personally at this dealership, with Casey's help, Both my kids have also purchased a car there and I have also referred a a few friends who also bough vehicles there. I am ready to buy my next one soon and Casey is already helping me find the best deal! Thanks again and looking forward to seeing your new building. More

I dropped my vehicle off June 9th per a corporate scheduled appt because the lawsuit covered the replacement engine lifetime and at courtesy in Tampa they replaced the engine however the oil sensor w scheduled appt because the lawsuit covered the replacement engine lifetime and at courtesy in Tampa they replaced the engine however the oil sensor was immediately malfunctioning. Communication is important and Jarett was neglectful in getting back to me. He ignored my calls after the initial feedback of what was wrong with the sensor. I called and said that if corporate wasnt going to cover to finish the engine replacement that was never properly finished i would pick up the car and just leave. He ignored my calls and didnt call back. So 15 days later on a Saturday when my spouse could finally accompany me, we went to pick up the vehicle. The car was worse than when we dropped off, they didnt fix the problem, Didnt give me feedback on if it was going to be covered by corporate and now the front bumper has a significant carve like dent, the air conditioning isn't working and the tire pressure was low. He played unaware that he didn't receive the voicemails straight to his voicemail inbox. i understand people are busy but i found this entire episode neglectful, horrible on communication, unprofessional and careless. I would never recommend Jarrett or this dealership. Unfortunately he was our rep after the previous one left who was excellent. More
