PineBelt Of Lakewood was a great experience in purchasing my new 2013 Camaro. The salesmen - Angel was friendly and not pushy. He greeted me when I walked in the door and suggested right away that we go for my new 2013 Camaro. The salesmen - Angel was friendly and not pushy. He greeted me when I walked in the door and suggested right away that we go for a test drive. First dealership that did that while I'll was researching for my new car purchase. He even explained how to use a majority of the features of the vehicle. Greatly appreciate that one. He was friendly and sincere during the entire purchase process. Even went so far as to help me set up the on-star feature once the contract was signed and I was ready to drive off the lot with my new purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend. More

We brought our 2002 Chevy Blazer to the service dept at Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 picku Pinebelt for routine servicing and while waiting decided to walk over to the new car lot...we had been thinking of replacing our 1994 Chevy S10 pickup (which is still going strong, but...). We had purchased a 2009 Cobalt for our daughter--Guy Gilbert was our salesman then so we looked for him because he also helped us to refinance the cobalt 2 years ago saving us some money. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Cruze Eco which is what my son bought last year and has been very happy with! Guy was very helpful answering our questions and setting up the Onstar system for us. The warranty plan is great and will give us peace of mind. We have been only dealing with Pinebelt for the passed 28 years; my first used car was from Pinebelt in 1983 and we have referred friends and family there because we have always had good experiences with the Service Dept too. More

We've bought/leased over 10 cars and the Pine Belt experience was one of the easiest. Very fair pricing for the used car we were buying and the car we were trading in. My Husband and I went to look at a used Tahoe. We have always gone to Pine Belt for vehicles in the past. This time The Sales dept went over and Above for us. I just cannot say enough about the professionalism they showed my husband and I. Michael Melendy the Sales Manager couldn't do enough for us and His customer service is the reason why he has been there for 14 years! Adel Radwan our salesman couldn't have been nicer and so helpful not pushy and no stress. We finally went to finance and met up with Jared Neumann. Such a great guy and he explained everything to us that we were signing . He also hooked us up with a bumper to bumper warranty! All I can say is that by far has been the BEST experience we have EVER had at a dealership and I thank you gentlemen for such a smooth evening... This is the way car buying should be!!! I was so glad I had stopped into the dealership, especially since I was not too happy with the hours I had spent at another one. Prior to stopping here I had gone to another dealership and was not especially since I was not too happy with the hours I had spent at another one. Prior to stopping here I had gone to another dealership and was not even acknowledged by the sales person I was working with; he just seemed too busy with too many other potential clients and made me waste a whole 1/2 day. When I was at Pinebelt, I was approached by David Kidd and am so glad I was. He had taken into account everything I had needed. He was very personable, professional and directed me to exactly what I needed. He was very prompt and very direct when discussing particulars(one quality I appreciate). My overall experience was excellent although there was a wait for the F&I manager, but when sitting down with him he still was just as professional and kind.
