Jared was great to work with, however I came in for two things: oil change including checking liquid levels, and an update to the navigation system. My appointment was for 2:30pm but I didn't get in until things: oil change including checking liquid levels, and an update to the navigation system. My appointment was for 2:30pm but I didn't get in until 2:40.. They had ordered the wrong navigation chip, so that was not done. It took 2.5 hours to do the rest of the service. I live 50 minutes away, so getting the car after 5pm put me in rush hour with over an hour commute. I am 70 years old and do not see to drive at night, and I told Jared that at about 4:30. I am beyond angry that your technician put my safety at risk. Not to mention my blood pressure during the very concerning drive home. Why did a simple service take over 2.5 hours (usually 1.5 to 2 hours)? Also, I bought the vehicle at Jim Hudson, it's always been serviced there so there is absolutely no reason for the wrong navigation chip to be ordered. They are well aware of the year and model of the vehicle. I usually don't write negative reviews, but this was totally unacceptable and I'm not sure I will be a return customer any longer At the very least, I don't want that service technician to work on my vehicle. Very bad look for Jim Hudson. I don't want him to lose his job, but my goodness - training is definitely needed.. More
