I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

During my time searching for a 2019 Honda Fit LX in Orange Fury, Roush Honda is the only location out of all of the Central and Southeastern Ohio Hond During my time searching for a 2019 Honda Fit LX in Orange Fury, Roush Honda is the only location out of all of the Central and Southeastern Ohio Honda dealerships that had my ideal car in stock, offered me and my partner an excellent base price and interest rate, and made the process simple. Friendly, professional, accommodating I worked with Jan Wilkins.
