Failed to communicate a reason why we’re getting oil change soon message with 0% oil life when we still had at least 2500 miles before needing an oil change. They didn’t say they had checked the oil. Well, the service center was great about picking up my car from my work but incorrectly delivered it to my home and not back to me at my office.
