I will never be returning to Mainline Chrysler after the service experience I just had. They did an oil change, recall and tire rotation and expection of my tires as I told them my vehicle was shaking a bit service experience I just had. They did an oil change, recall and tire rotation and expection of my tires as I told them my vehicle was shaking a bit. After spending 4 1/2 hrs in the dealership my vehicle was finally done. They said everything looked good, on my way home my vehicle shook worse then when I took it in. I stop at my local tire shop and they assessed it and said they couldn’t believe they let me leave the dealership with my tire in that condition. It was unsafe for me to drive in town let alone on the highway. I provided rosetown service manager with pictures on Monday and never heard back from them for 2 days. I’m. Single mom who is pregnant I need my vehicle so I put new tires on. I received a call yesterday from the service manager and she states she just looked at my pictures and wanted to work out a “deal” when I told her I already put new tires on she seemed frustrated and said I can’t help you then. When in the first place they didn’t help me at all they let me leave the dealership in an unsafe vehicle with my 3 babies in it. I will never be returning and will be sharing my experience with people to warn them of the negligence they show their customers. I never received an apology from mainline. This shows they don’t truly care are bout their customers and show no remorse for their actions More
