I have found that the price for doing a maintenance job at dealership is cheaper than doing at local oil changing place. Jamie has been my point of contact for anything regarding maintenance for my vehicle at dealership is cheaper than doing at local oil changing place. Dealership quality of service has declined significantly. Had auto-butler performed, but the vehicle inside was not cleaned. Service tech stated that cleaning vehicle inside is not included with auto-butle Had auto-butler performed, but the vehicle inside was not cleaned. Service tech stated that cleaning vehicle inside is not included with auto-butler. I have over 19,000 points on my GM card, but he could not find how to use the points to pay for the service. Storing electronic documents should not be a cost to the customer. More
