We took just about 3.5 hours of her time; she was patient and had an adorable sense of humor! Bettenhausen is lucky to have that girl working for them! A true gem! The guys did a great job detailing it perfectly so we were able to pull off a great surprise for our 19 year old daughter. Wish I took their names down to show our appreciation. Great Job everyone! I can not find enough positive words to describe our experience at Bettenhausen and with Jamie our salesperson. We hadn't purchased a vehicle for awhile and things have changed quite a bit. Jamie walked us thru each and every turn with genuine interest and concern. We never moved to the next page till she was sure we understood the one we were on. She NEVER pushed us on any level! Most car salesmen can be aggressive or insistent. With Jamie and Bettenhausen I felt like I was entertaining friends and family in my living room! From the time I walked in, Jamie put me at ease by saying the prices are what they are and the employees don't make commission. I found my next new car in only a few minutes. She knew the inventory and where the cars were. It was just her and I and no "I have to check with my manager". She looked up my trade in price on the computer while I watched. No shady moves at all! We agreed on everything and I left with confidence knowing that I got an excellent car at an excellent price. I will send my friends and family to Bettenhausen. More
