This was the 11th visit specifically for this problem... as of yesterday, the issue REMAINS! I have asked for this entire system to be replaced but so far; only software uploads and eventually, a display replacement. This makes this vehicle difficult & DANGEROUS to drive (cabers are on while driving, VERY distracting and may cause an accident!) This vehicle may become unusable in the future! More

Encountered two issues w/ my Jeep that I could not resolve on my own. I paid to have the issues diagnosed by dealer.... it may be an expensive repair, but they will surely be able to tell me what’s wr resolve on my own. I paid to have the issues diagnosed by dealer.... it may be an expensive repair, but they will surely be able to tell me what’s wrong!?!? Too much credit extended. Dropped vehicle two separate instances (after one faulty diagnosis), was without vehicle over 6 weeks in all, neither issue was ultimately diagnosed (cannot use the vehicle by the way). The dealer was able to justify retaining the diagnosis fee though. I could have screamed & ranted, but what’s the point?? Find an independent shop w/out the corporate bull to resolve your repair issues!! More

Very prompt, friendly and courteous. Jamie always treats me like family. The vehicle was done quickly with no issues. Health and safety was kept with everyone wearing a mask and stayed socially distant. W me like family. The vehicle was done quickly with no issues. I have a 2014 Durango. My front driver window regulator broke. I disassembled the door to see what was wrong and if I could potentially fix the issue. Once I got pretty deep into the disassembly I realized broke. I disassembled the door to see what was wrong and if I could potentially fix the issue. Once I got pretty deep into the disassembly I realized I may need help. In comes the service department at CKDR in NPR. They said bring it in and will check it out. I did. Mind you the window, door panel etc are disassembled. After 4 hours they tell me it will cost $490 to fix and won’t be fixed for four days. Well it’s my only car so that not really an option. I go to check out and it cost me $158 for them to drive the truck into their service bay and then drive it out of there service bay. They did not even touch the truck. Because I did all the work already, and they confirmed what I said I needed. They didn’t turn one bolt. Not a single tool used. $158... I feel like I was robbed. Like robbed. That was after the “military” discount. Which I think wasn’t actually a discount at all... I’ll never go back to this place again. I surely won’t be buying my scatpack through them in a few months as I had planned to do. More
