Disappointed I brought my 2017 ram in for a service and my tire pressure sensor wasnt reading in the truck... port richey insisted that they could not fix the prob I brought my 2017 ram in for a service and my tire pressure sensor wasnt reading in the truck... port richey insisted that they could not fix the problem.. so I picked up my truck and brought it to lutz dealership where they went ahead and fixed the problem instead of trying to make excuses to get out of it... so I'll drive a hour for better service.. Great service Steve at the service department was very professional and recommended that I treat my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with some maintenance procedures that wo Steve at the service department was very professional and recommended that I treat my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with some maintenance procedures that would extend the life of my vehicle and that would make it run better and more efficiently. After a regular oil change and tire rotation, the technician performed a 27 point inspection and became aware that my rear brakes were getting low and in need of replacement before they start cutting into the rotors. The brakes were promptly replaced. Also, regular maintenance included power steering flush, brake fluid flush and an induction cleaning, all of these procedures will lengthen the life of my vehicle and make it perform as it should. Maintenance means to correct problems before the exist, and it works. I appreciate Steve's interest of maintaining all vehicles that pass his desk. Jamie helped me in the checkout procedure and explained the importance of regular maintenance as it pertains to all vehicles. We are a 3 Jeep family, all from Ferman, and now one vehicle, the Jeep Cherokee, will be passed on to our daughter up in NY, all maintained at Ferman. Always a pleasure to deal with the service department. More

3 STRIKES AND YOU ARE OUT! FIRST TRIP WAS FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED (STILL NOT SURE IF LEAK IS FIXED). SECOND TRIP - I FIRST TRIP WAS FOR TRANSMISSION SERVICE AND I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK 2 TIMES BEFORE IT WAS FIXED (STILL NOT SURE IF LEAK IS FIXED). SECOND TRIP - I HAD DAUGHTER'S CAR TOWED (1 BLOCK) IN BECAUSE IT WAS RUNNING HOT. I TOLD THEM RADIATOR WAS LEAKING AND I WANTED EVERYTHING CHECKED. WHEN THEY CALLED ME WITH AN ESTIMATE TO FIX, THEY GAVE ME ESTIMATE FOR MANY, MANY, MANY THINGS. I FELT THE PRICES WERE TOO HIGH AND I HAD THE CAR TOWED TO ANOTHER LOCATION.FOR A SECOND OPINION. THERE, I WAS TOLD THE HEAD GASKET WAS BLOWN. I THEN CALLED THE FERMAN DEALER AND ASKED IF THEY DID A COMPRESSION CHECK AND WAS TOLD NO, BUT THEY DID THE 100 POINT COURTESY CHECK UP (WHICH INCLUDES CHECKING THE COOLING SYSTEM-10 ITEMS INCLUDING THE ENGINE). THIS WAS NOT DONE. IN TALKING TO THE SERVICE MAN, I WAS TOLD ONCE THEY SAW THE RADIATOR LEAKING, THEY DID NOT CHECK FURTHER. I FEEL THAT WHEN I TOLD THE ADVISOR THAT THE CAR WAS RUNNING HOT SO I IMMEDIATELY PARKED IT AND HAD IT TOWED 1 BLOCK TO THE DEALER, HE SHOULD HAVE CHECKED THE ENGINE. I DO NOT FEEL THE CAR GOT THE ATTENTION IT SHOULD HAVE. THIRD TRIP - WENT IN AND ORDERED A KEY FOR MY CAR. THE KEY HAD TO BE ORDERED. WHEN THE KEY CAME IN, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND WENT IN. AFTER WAITING NEARLY 2 HOURS, I WENT TO THE SERVICE DESK AND SAW MY KEY ON THE COUNTER. I WAS GIVEN THE KEY AND LEFT. ON THE DRIVE HOME, I REALIZED THE TOP OF THE KEY WAS MISSING. I CALLED BACK AND AFTER BEING PUT ON HOLD A COUPLE OF TIMES, I WAS TOLD THERE KEY MACHINE WAS NOT WORKING AND THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN I COULD COME BACK IN. AFTER A FEW DAYS, I CALLED TO SEE IF THE MACHINE WAS WORKING AND WAS TOLD NO, THEY HAD TO ORDER A MACHINE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE DEALER TO GET A KEY MACHINE THAT WORKS. More

I keep having to bring my car back I've brought my car in at least 6 times because the radio likes to skip set radio stations when you using the control on the steering wheel to change I've brought my car in at least 6 times because the radio likes to skip set radio stations when you using the control on the steering wheel to change the radio. The first three times, I was told it was user error. Jamie found it and did a computer update, which helped, but the problem resumed after about 2 weeks. A subsequent advisor told me that there was no problem, until he finally sat in the car and tried it for himself. He saw the problem and has ordered me two control buttons for the steering wheel, which worked for about 1-3 weeks, three weeks the first time, one week the second time. Jamie's great to work with!
