June 28, 2018 Mr. Jason W June 28, 2018 Mr. Jason Whidden, I’m writing this letter to validate an excellent experience I had with your service group, specifically Jamie Kissinger. My appointment was 8:00 A.M. Tuesday, 6/26/2018, where I was cheerfully greeted by Jamie at the center isle desk. He immediately reviewed my service appointment and asked if there were other problems or ways he could help me. I clarified a tapping noise coming from my 2014 Dodge Journey engine. Later, I was joined in the modern, well stocked, service center waiting area by Jamie. He updated me on the necessary repairs and suggested starting immediately. The cost of repairs was covered under my 100,000mi powertrain warranty. He provided me a loaner car and conveniently brought it to me. Jamie recognized my difficulty walking due to my agent orange VA disability and kindly assisted me. Jamie Kissinger is a credit to your organization and exemplifies the qualities of a good leader. He acted professionally, taking charge of my needs and following up on the overall repair of my Dodge. I appreciate and respect the way I was treated while doing business at your company.
