Thank you Jamie for your A-1 customer service and keeping me updated on finding the reason my check engine light was on. I was very pleased that you provided me with a round trip Uber free of charge. A loos me updated on finding the reason my check engine light was on. I was very pleased that you provided me with a round trip Uber free of charge. A loose ground wire was found and I was only charged for the diagnosis. I am thrilled I did not have to buy a new ECM. I will definitely be bringing my 2007 Toyota Camry back to Findlay Toyota. More

Since day 1 which was in March I’ve had the best customer service starting with Eddie and then also with Rick. I went in on Monday for a tire change and Kyle realized I was almost at my 10,000 mile service a service starting with Eddie and then also with Rick. I went in on Monday for a tire change and Kyle realized I was almost at my 10,000 mile service and he took care of that as well. He made a quote over the phone, it ended up being a little higher but in the end I got the quote he gave over the phone! I have had a fabulous experience with the staff at Toyota!! More
