Graduating from the University of Nebraska with a degree in Marketing Management, I didn't know the automotive industry was my next step. However, the last 18 years have proven very enjoyable, challenging and rewarding. After serving in both Parts and Service for a Ford Dealership in Nebraska, my family and I moved to Kansas. Holm Automotive has been my home ever since, 11 years and counting. My favorite part has always been the customers and helping you feel at ease with our dealership. I was never contacted before repairs were made. I was told multiple different things on what I was being charged for. I had told I was a regen charge then the regen took this long. Jamie told me my I was told multiple different things on what I was being charged for. I had told I was a regen charge then the regen took this long. Jamie told me my warranty wouldn't cover it due to poor maintenance. My warranty said it was because I was being over charged time. Their book says it takes .2 of an hour to do the repair and even at 3 times that's still .6 of an hour not the two hours I was being charged for. Then Jamie said their book says it's .5 of an hour and again at even 3 times it's still not 2 hours and at the end I was charged for another diagnostic fee when it was all part of the first fault to begin with. I did pay the bill but won't be back and within 24 hours of picking up my car the check engine like is back on. But I won't bring it back to this shop. I will take it somewhere else that can be honest up front. More
