Jamie was a pleasure to work with. He found a car he thought I would like but having higher mileage than I wanted and offered a free extended warranty to induce me to buy. I said yes He found a car he thought I would like but having higher mileage than I wanted and offered a free extended warranty to induce me to buy. I said yes to his price because of that. however going thru finance that option apparently was retracted and I had to purchase the extra warranty. Nice bait and switch. Car had an issue with headlights with right low beam was less intense than the left low beam leading to poor illumination in right side area. This was not explained to my satisfaction, also isg function does not work. Will have this checked when oil change is scheduled. More

I had a great experience at Paramount working with Mr. Wright. He was happy to get to me as soon as he could to answer quetions about the car when I first arrived and let me test drive it after the over Wright. Let me just say James Wright is a straight shooter…I got all the pricing over the phone with James…. Most dealerships won’t give a quote over the phone, we made the deal by phone before ever seeing the car all the pricing over the phone with James….
