Stubbled upon this dealership while on Hyundai’s website, checked my local dealer’s inventory, then called to confirm inventory on website for accuracy. I spoke to Jamie Wright via phone on Friday around 5pm checked my local dealer’s inventory, then called to confirm inventory on website for accuracy. I spoke to Jamie Wright via phone on Friday around 5pm, decided it was too late to make the drive from Charlotte to Hickory, so I made my appointment for the next morning for when they opened at 8:30am. Jamie was very personable on the phone, no aggressive weird salesman tactic BS! I gotta tell you, my whole experience was seamless! I’ve bought cars from Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville, Henderick Lexus in Charlotte, and neither previous experiences was anything compared to Jamie and the team at Paramount Hyundai! I walked in at 8:30am, left at approximately 11:30am! Just in time for lunch 😆All within those 3 hours, I test drove, did financing paperwork, and ran to the bank to grab a cashier’s check (thank you Jamie for driving me to the bank since I’m not familiar with Hickory). The whole time, I kept thinking is it really this easy?! It sure was! Jamie was able to show me the features the 2022 Tucson N-line offered, which was a lot that I wasn’t even aware of. Any questions he didn’t know the answer to, he’ll look it up for me! I definitely appreciated that! Because I definitely want to take advantage of all the perks my new car has to offer and this will be my first Hyundai ever in my life. He walked me through setting up my phone to my new car. Jamie was 10/10 outstanding! I felt no pressure whatsoever with him. Again, I can’t believe it was that easy and seamless! Jamie also assisted in arranging transport of my car to my home in Charlotte. My car was delivered to my driveway by 2:30pm! I even had Jamie take pictures of me with my new car! He’s gotta work on those photography skills 😂 but overall, my experience was beyond excellent! I do appreciate Allen Queen, he took his time to break down warranty information to me. I kept asking him the same question a couple times over and over and he remained cool, calm, and collected.
