I don’t think anyone likes the hard sell (selling down if they have a car to sell it up if they think they can get me there. Meet MY needs, not the dealerships….). I think it worked well for both sides on this one. They seemed to all work well together. Sales person, Manager and the Finance guy…. More

This was hands down the best car buying experience! Jamie was so kind and patient with me through this entire process. I have extreme anxiety and he did what any great car salesman would do and just le Jamie was so kind and patient with me through this entire process. I have extreme anxiety and he did what any great car salesman would do and just let the car sale itself. You could see his excitement in every new cool feature and his overall genuine love for his job. I really appreciated all his time and effort to get me exactly what I needed and wanted. No shade to the other salesmen but I know Jamie was just the person I needed. I couldn’t have been more blessed in this process! More

Very pleased with my experience with Jamie Wright and the whole process getting my new to me Lincoln suv! Welcomed by several employees when I arrived. Felt like I was there to be helped and not just another sell to be made. Was shown respect in my questions and concerns about what to expect thru whole process . Had not planned to purchase anything that day… just looking since I chad to put my other car in shop for the second time in two weeks. Also, first time I was purchasing an auto with out my husband being with me. He is in the Veterns nursing home in Asheville and couldn’t be with me. I felt like I received extra kindness and was NOT taken advantaged off. The difference I feel like was the customer was more important than making a sale. Have been and will continue to share my great experience ! Thank you! More
