My sales rep, Jay Johnson was a true professional. He was knowledgeable, kind, and worked hard to get me the car I wanted at a price I could afford. I really enjoyed working with him and feel he cares about his customers. The whole process was positive and it went quickly for purchasing a car. This team knows what they are doing. Jay made it possible for me to purchase my ideal new ride! I went in to test drive a Yaris Hatchback, but was not in love with it after taking a spin around the block. What I really wanted was a Prius C, but I went in to test drive a Yaris Hatchback, but was not in love with it after taking a spin around the block. What I really wanted was a Prius C, but I knew they did not have any pre-owned models, and a new one was out of my budget range. Jay spoke with his sales manager and was able to work out a deal on a new Prius C that stayed within my budget. Because they were getting the car from another location I even got to pick the perfect color! It was more than I imagined and I still cannot believe it! The environment was very relaxed, and I did not feel any pressure, which is more than I can say about some other dealerships I have been to. I would absolutely recommend Conicelli and specifically Jay Johnson to help you find the car of your dreams! More

Liars I drove over an hour one way after being told by Jim that the car was clean inside and out. The car looked like it had been driven through the woods. Needs a complete paint job, a new back rim and a good detail job inside and out. Compound and wax will not fix scratches that are down to the primer. It is a used car so of course I don't expect it to look new but it should not be legitimately covered in big scratches all the way around! The salesman Dwain was great trying to being understanding. The receptionist was also nice. Tyler the sales manager didn't seem to care and wouldn't negotiate on price. Would only take $1000 off saying the scrathes are that bad. I will not return or refer this dealership to anyone. More
