Bought a preowned car as is during the sales process the salesperson cam said he would give us a second key and also patch a chip in the windshield. He did not have the second key because he said another sa salesperson cam said he would give us a second key and also patch a chip in the windshield. He did not have the second key because he said another salesperson had it. When I called the next day for an update on the key and also pointed out. The windshield wasn’t done. Cam was not there and I had to speak with Kendrick. Kendrick was aggressive and almost combative and kept telling me what he wouldn’t do. After my persistence, he sent someone to my house to fix a chip in the windshield and agreed to give me a second key. I made an appointment to pick up the second key. I met with Cam again and he said it would take about an hour. After waiting for almost 2 hours I asked for an update and they hadn’t started yet so I had to chase down Kendrick to get some action. They then agreed to move me to the top of the line and it took about 3540 minutes to complete it. The post sales experience was absolutely horrible. More

Went in a routine oil change and tire rotation asked the technician to check the breaks, they wrote it in the service notes, 3 hours later received the report and was told the break were fine. Took my car t technician to check the breaks, they wrote it in the service notes, 3 hours later received the report and was told the break were fine. Took my car to another a shop for a second opinion and was shown that my breaks were not fine and actually pretty worn, so much so I had the replace the rotors. So not only were they not checked at Nissan I was lied to and told they were still at a “green” good level. More

I scheduled my inspection appointment on-line through the Four Stars Nissan of Denton website and it was convenient and easy to schedule the day/time for my visit. My service advisor James Seher is the best and he always takes care of my vehicle needs efficiently, quickly, and communicates with me through the process. James is the best! Special recognition to Kash who always greets me and takes great pride in getting my car to/from the technicians. More

This is the second truck we have purchased from 4 Stars and both experiences were great. This last purchase was exceptional. Dan met us at the door and proceeded to show us the inventory on the lot. He was very knowledgeable and even recently purchased a Nissan Frontier ProX. We went with this model as well. The financing process was seem less. Zack in the service department is another asset to the 4 Stars team. Our first Frontier was in the service department when we decided to look on the lot and decided to upgrade. We will be 4 Stars customers forever. More
