From the minute you walk-in though the door, you're greated by a courteous and professional staff who welcomes you and escorts you to the waiting area From the minute you walk-in though the door, you're greated by a courteous and professional staff who welcomes you and escorts you to the waiting area; whereby, you can delight in a cold or warm drink while you await for a salesman who promptly appears to ascertain your needs and satisfy your inquiry. The process was seamless from the test drive of multiple vehicles in one day to the delivery. All questions were answered promptly and the personnel had great product knowledge. There was no hassles or gimmicks as in other dealerships. This was a unique experience akin to being pampered at a spa. Moreover, it is truly a family atmosphere where one feels as part of the family and quite a pleasurable experience. Highly recommend and I will be a returning customer. More

In my case, I mean what I say: Sales, administration and concierge were great to work with. Sales (James Scott and Tim Reilly) structured my deal which included a difficult trade-in, administration (Stacey Fowler) explained all financial details and the concierge (Edwin Ryan) gave perfect instructions on how to operate the vehicle. James knows everything about the car I was interested in. I test drove the car and appreciated all James knowledge and help. It was because I was not willing to wait for the 2016 model that we ended up going with another dealership. My experience here make me want to come back to use their service dept. Warranty Repair(s) Scam I wouldn't ever and don't recommend either the purchase or any sort of vehicle repair servicing at this Mercedes Benz dealer and I warn this Mercedes I wouldn't ever and don't recommend either the purchase or any sort of vehicle repair servicing at this Mercedes Benz dealer and I warn this Mercedes Benz dealers (Benzel Busch Mercedes Benz, Located in Englewood, NJ) current and prior customers to fictitious warranty repairs that were perform. I have confirmed the false repairs of the following three systems in my vehicle which were found suppostly by there technicians with another Mercedes Benz dealer & all were confirmed 100% that these issues never existed or were actually performed during a routine vehicle oil change service (A Service) being performed on my vehicle which was considered as an normal act of an vehicle inspection during its warranty coverage timeline period. The following (3) three were the false repairs, 1st. Transmission fluid leak which never existed 2nd. Knocking noise over bumps, which I would of heard myself (Since I drive the car everyday) and last but not last... 3rd. Left front (Driver)seat noise/squeak while driving..?? I can guarantee you that I would of confirmed all and any of the (3) three fictitious repairs/complaints myself and would of suggested repairs during the drop off/pick up service repair write up time. I had this issues inspected by another Mercedes Benz dealer and it was confirmed for 100% that the repairs were NEVER performed. If this privately owned franchise Mercedes Benz dealer (Benzel Busch) can perform this scam on its own people of Mercedes Benz of North America Corporation then you can only imagine what scams and rip offs are being performed on the general public walking into there doors from the sales department down to there Service & Parts departments Stay away More
