New Subaru for a first time buyer I had an old outback with 190000 miles that I loved and was totaled. I was helped immediately by James when I walked into the dealership. I already knew what I wanted, but, if I hadn't, his depth of knowledge on the similarities, differences, and features of each model on the lot would have been a great help in deciding. There was never any pressure to buy or to finance with them (which I ended up doing anyway because they beat my bank's rate). James was great at being available and continuing to stay in touch without being pushy. He even called the day after the purchase to see if I had run into any problems or questions. Jonathan helped me with all the paperwork and warranties. Like James, his knowledge of coverages and what he's seen with previous buyers really helped in deciding on what protection was right for me. While I don't think he is employed directly by the dealership, Erik Del Cid got me set up through the insurance company I already had. No small task since I needed to remove the old subaru, add the new one, and make some adjustments to my coverages. Erik went the extra mile to run my rates against all the other companies out there and showed me some options for new companies for my insurance needs that would save me some money without sacrificing anything. Erik would get 5 stars from me if he was listed on here under employees. I plan to keep this car until it can't run any more, but ,if I ever need to buy a new subaru, I will come back to this dealer. More

My experience with Sport Subaru and more specifically James Menzies was terrific! He was very professional and respectful of me and my time. He was incredibly knowledgeable of the product and I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Though we couldn't make the deal work the first go around, he kept in touch and in the end we bought a great car at a very fair price. I would highly recommend James and Sport Subaru! More
