We recently leased a 2018 Forester from Sport Subaru. We travel up North for the Holiday’s and winter trips and will only drive AWD on the snowy and wet roads. This is our first experience with Subaru’s. Our friends swear by them and are true loyalist to the brand. James Menzies was our Sales Specialist. He was knowledgeable and very competent about all aspects of the Subaru cars. That included the various models and available options. Most importantly, he was extremely friendly and made us feel like truly valued customers. Upon delivery of the Forester James Menzies went over every aspect of the cars features. Two days later he followed-up with a phone call to be sure we were pleased and offered help whenever we needed. Just a really nice guy. That's customer service! In terms of pricing all the Subaru dealers are competitive….. I did my research and came in prepared with numbers. Ted Pappas, the Sales Manager was able to work out numbers that put us into a very comfortable payment. They will work hard for your business. He offered the best deal compared to the competition. Jon Frisby, the Finance Specialist quickly and smoothly took us through the paper work. Jon’s job is to ensure that all the documents are signed and to suggest some additional protection offers for the car. He was friendly and again wanted to be sure we were pleased and comfortable. So Thank-you Don Mealey for creating the conditions for a terrific experience in leasing our first Subaru.
