All around great experience I stopped in after work one-day unscheduled. When the salesperson I had spoken with online was with another customer she quickly and politely handed m I stopped in after work one-day unscheduled. When the salesperson I had spoken with online was with another customer she quickly and politely handed me over to James. I couldn't have asked for a better scenario. James was both professional and relaxed. Never pressured anything and I felt like he really advocated for my best interest. When it came time for the paperwork Jonathan Frisby was efficient and thorough. And then when he called me the next day asking me to come back in cause he found a way to save me an extra $600 it showed his commitment to his customers. A fantastic experience from an amazing team. More

Dealership has poor communication If it were not for the kind, caring expertise of James Menzies and Gil, we would have not purchased a Forester Limited from your dealership and we wou If it were not for the kind, caring expertise of James Menzies and Gil, we would have not purchased a Forester Limited from your dealership and we would not recommend your dealership itself. In trying to communicate with Andrew Kitchens and David Roman, the majority of our phone calls were not returned or misinformation was given, particularly from Andrew Kitchens. Availability of the vehicle, misinformation regarding the arrival of the vehicle, misinformation with the VIN number and desired model, pressure for us to make our drive from Tampa to purchase the car before it was even there, mistaken emails; we could go on and on about Andrew. Thank goodness he was off the day we came in to cash purchase the car and he does not deserve any commission for our purchase. David Roman in particular did not return our phone calls several times as promised. James Menzies in contrast was so caring from the moment we arrived after a long morning rush hour drive from Tampa and he took care of our every concern and need. Gil very expertly took care of our paperwork and we were on our way home in less than 2 hours, we’ll before afternoon rush hour. The only reason we came to Sport Subaru Orlando was because the exact Crystal Pearl White Forester Limited with gray leather which we wanted was shown online to be shipped soon. We are most happy with our new Forester and the service from James Menzies and Gil. The rest of your dealership leaves much to be desired and communication with the customers needs improvement in every way. We bought a new 2017 Subaru Forester in Longmont, Colorado, at Valley Subaru and the sales service there was excellent and a world of difference from communication with your dealership. If it were not for James Menzies and his total care in selling us a car, we would be writing a very lengthy complaint letter to central Florida District Sales Manager Erin Kellem. Excellent! I hate car shopping, so when my 10 year old Subaru needed to be traded in, I was dreading the experience. We shopped around a few places, but most had salesman that made you feel unwelcome. By the end of the day, my husband and I ended up at Don Mealey Subaru. The instant James walked out, I immediately felt comfortable and like we were in the right place. We ran out of time that day to purchase our car, so the next morning, we made the trip back and met with Robert. I was incredibly indecisive and they were both very patient with me, letting me test drive and look at as many cars as I wanted to until we found "the one." I could not be happier with my purchase and the process. Thank you so much James and Robert for helping change a typically daunting process into something fun and rewarding. More
