I was told my car would be ready by a certain time when I made my appointment, 2-3 hours. I specified I needed it for an appointment later that day. No call after 5 hours. I called - 3x - and still didn't ge made my appointment, 2-3 hours. I specified I needed it for an appointment later that day. No call after 5 hours. I called - 3x - and still didn't get to talk to anyone in service. I got a ride there so I could find out what the hold up was. There wasn't anything specific, it just wasn't done when I was told it would be and when I needed it back by. Service person was very nice (James). More

The service advisor that I spoke with let me know what the problem was and they fixed it. It was still under warranty so it didn’t cost anything which is this best part. Service was efficient and the staff were very friendly. I used the Express Lane since I only needed an oil change. It took only 30 minutes which was even less than expected. Pricing was also fair. I can never just walk in there and know what’s happening with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done. Go to this counter then go to the other one and three people sitting there but no greetin with my car in spite of having a message saying it is done.
