Like Phil Long Ford very much. Doubt I’d buy a Ford again. At 2500 miles my behicle was towed in due to incorrect installation at the factory of a radiator hose. Engine noise, a known problem with this engine, has required two trips and a lengthy stay to repair. I appreciate Garry and the service department finally getting it fixed. I do not appreciate Ford motor company selling the vehicle with this defect. Two other recalls have occurred. I’m fed up with the quality of the truck. I’m very happy with Phil Long employees in sales and service, but why would I ever buy another ford vehicle? More

I had started doing some research on getting a replacement. I stopped into Phil Long only to look around as part of my research. Mr. Brown met me as I was walking onto the lot. I gave him the basic outline of what I was looking for and he took me to see a few vehicles. He was very professional with excellent customer service (My vocation is facilitating Customers Service and Interpersonal Communications). As we looked at the vehicles and took a test drive in one, Derrick was very informative, friendly, interactive but never pushing the sale. It had been 8 years from the last time I had bought a vehicle. This was not the normal automobile sales experience. I was very comfortable interacting with Derrick. Bottom line I selected a vehicle that day to purchase. In my Navy career, I purchased vehicles all over the US and in Italy, This was the best experience I have had. I would highly recommend Derrick Brown to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! I will be referring Derrick to everyone I know! My purchasing paperwork was done by James Lee. Another excellent interaction. I all my vehicle purchases I can not remember one time when the finance person stuck in my mind for their great customer's service. James not only explained in common English all the paperwork but worked to get me a good finance rate from Ford better than my credit union. He took the time to make me comfortable and knowledgeable on the deal. Well Done!! Best purchase experience I have ever had in my 40 years of car buying not only for me but for my family. More
