Integrity, honesty, quality are not words I would use to describe this dealership. During the sale process was told they would fix the issues I identified and I could take to a mechanic to identify other pr describe this dealership. During the sale process was told they would fix the issues I identified and I could take to a mechanic to identify other problems. As I specifically told them over and over, I didn’t want to buy the car if the problems wouldn’t be fixed. They said “no problem, we wouldn’t sell you a car that had problems , that would be unethical. Take it to your mechanic and bring back as soon as possible” I should have known then that was a lie. Brought to mechanic Monday, brought back to dealership Tuesday with list of issues, radio, Bluetooth, Aux and Satellite Radio don’t work, Right Mirror Adjustment doesn’t work, battery failed testing and struggled to star car without jump, and there are cracks in windshield. After sitting in their office for hours, I am told “oh that manager isn’t here today and the other manager says we can’t fix everything, all we can do is the battery, nothing else is covered”. I ask when the manager that promised I would have a car without issues will be back and im told Wednesday and he will call me “as soon as he gets in”. Even if that manager was off it’s even more disappointing the other manager wouldn’t honor his word, or ensure a car they sold didn’t have a cracked windshield, had working mirrors and a working stereo. Wednesday comes and goes, never receive a call, straight up lied to me to get the car sold. I understand why people don’t trust car salesmen or dealerships. Absolutely ridiculous. I now have a cracked windshield, no radio/stereo/bluetooth/aux, oh and I can’t drive safely because I can’t adjust my right mirror. All 3 things you would think would be basic things to address, not with this place. Stay far far away, their word and integrity literally means nothing. They spew lies to get cars off the lot, promise you they care and then tell you, sorry we can’t do what we promised. Also don’t buy their extended service contract, no one can explain what it even covers. I got a xx printout that went from me having 3 years of warranty and service coverage on the car to 60 months and 6 incidents but literally no one there could explain what is actually covered. no call. At the time I was promised it would cover issues with the car for 3 years, just lie after lie. Can’t post with zero stars, wish I could. Will be telling everyone I know to star far far far far away from this place. Curious if the owner of this place knows what their staff is up to or if this is behavior they encourage? Please have them reach out to me, I am beyond angry at this point. Still waiting on that call back from the manager as well… More
