I've always been pleased with service/staff at Ferman Volvo but the 3% charge for credit card processing was very disappointing. I expect to pay more at the dealership, but I will now consider other opt Volvo but the 3% charge for credit card processing was very disappointing. I expect to pay more at the dealership, but I will now consider other options. I'm not sure if they are still doing car washes upon delivery of vehicle, but this was missed. Furthermore, I inquired about vehicles on the lot and both sales members were from the dealership next door and couldn't answer my questions. First disappointing visit. More
