The original sales process was excellent. Thereafter, I have four comments. Number one with respect to the closing to purchase the vehicle the extended warranty materials seemed to salesy fo Thereafter, I have four comments. Number one with respect to the closing to purchase the vehicle the extended warranty materials seemed to salesy for my liking. Emphasizing the 10 year warranty on vehicles that have a reputation of being excellent all for a price of $10-$14,000. Secondly, when I purchased the window tinting, I was not a prize that the front windshield could have an effect on the utilization of polarized sunglasses. Thankfully, for the service person, I did not get the window tinting, but no adjustment was made to the price I paid for the window. Third, I was told that tax would be available anytime I stopped over and I just had a window tinting done and no tax were available. In fact there was only one with the knowledge that somebody did call in sec so I. Lastly, the paint on my vehicle, which I have the same paint on a Toyota product doesn’t feel as glasslike as my other vehicle. I was going to not recommend this dealership at the present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I present time, however, I’m sure when all the construction is done it will be very nice, but If I knew the entire dealership was under construction I would have looked elsewhere. No showroom, limited new cars and no privacy when meeting with salesperson. Very noisy with construction noise. Fortunately they happened to have what I was looking for. It seems like it will be a quite a long time before construction is finished. More

This dealership is under construction but they go out of their way to make you feel at home. We dealt with the sales person, finance person and a few days later we dealt with the service team as we had the their way to make you feel at home. We dealt with the sales person, finance person and a few days later we dealt with the service team as we had the windows tinted. They are a great all around team. Mark Brown, our sales person has been in touch numerous times over the first weeks asking us how everything was going and if we had any questions or concerns to call or text hom. I was scare by the service rep who said my tire could not be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. I was trapped there and ended up overpaying for a new tire and didn’t have my car for be repaired and I wouldn’t make it out of the lot. No details. I was trapped there and ended up overpaying for a new tire and didn’t have my car for 4 days. It was a slow leak, not damage. Don’t know if they tried to repair it.
