They were caring and honest throughout the entire process of buying my car. They were able to get me the exact model and color I wanted within 3 days of going there to see what inventory they had. No one pressured me to buy a vehicle. They just showed me my options which were printed out for me to take home. Dino even worked at getting me additional discounts. This was the first time I felt at ease buying a new car. I highly recommend going to this dealer. You won't be disappointed. More

What is concerning is the dealership fails to tell you up front that it applies a protection package and something called dna tracing to the vehicle , that at most other dealerships are optional add ons. front that it applies a protection package and something called dna tracing to the vehicle , that at most other dealerships are optional add ons. This little surprise which can add up to the tune of $2500.00 is revealed only after you spend time in looking at the vehicle, and when they present the pricing contract. It is not listed on vehicle window stickers. I did contact the manager James Christy about this and his response was go to another dealership!! The manager I contacted basically said we have more vehicle availability than other dealerships, so they can do this. I recommend going to another dealership and/ or Contact Kia directly about this “ xxxxty “ business practice and maybe it will change. More
