It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I went in with a bad attitude because we needed a car and other dealerships were not being helpful. My kids said let’s go to FACILITO as they called I went in with a bad attitude because we needed a car and other dealerships were not being helpful. My kids said let’s go to FACILITO as they called if from the commercial. My husband called and they said they would wait for us to get ther. We went and had such great service. It was really a team effort and they got us in a car. They even stayed till after close to complete all the paper work to make sure we let in our new Jeep! Thank you soooo much! Mil gracias to all! Excellent New Car Purchase Experience Jim Christy and Michael Duda provided excellent customer service for me today! With this being my very first car purchase I did not know what to expec Jim Christy and Michael Duda provided excellent customer service for me today! With this being my very first car purchase I did not know what to expect. They both welcomed me and made me feel like I was just hanging out with the guys. They made me feel completely at ease with the whole process from start to finish. Their entire staff including Kevin and Steve were extremely personable and helpful. They made sure all of my choices were honored and all of my questions were answered. I will definitely be referring family and friends to them! Keep up the great work guys! More
