But i discuss with service rep, review the videos of the impacted areas and decide to proceed or not, it's stressful, but so far..all decisions are working out ok. I am being honest here. I think their repair and labor fees are a bit high, but they offer loaner car, which is important to me, they have my service records of 18 yrs available, and can use coupons and discounts to offset.
