From the minute I step into Wayne Ford dealer I felt the family oriented honest customer service vibe from Duran, I just went to have more information about a Mustang Mach E and I was so impressed with the family oriented honest customer service vibe from Duran, I just went to have more information about a Mustang Mach E and I was so impressed with the professionalism and vast knowledge about this first generation vehicle so much, that I went back to built and place an order of exactly the car that I wanted. 7 months later I received the call from Duran to tell me that my car had arrive that very morning and I was treated with the same attention knowledge and familiarity that made me trust them in the first place. To my surprise in a time that all car dealers regardless of the brand are taking advantage of the automobile market shortage and charging above MSRP prices, I was greeted with the sentence “we respect our customers and are glad that you ordered your car with us so NO MARK UP! I was sold and appreciate the type of business that Duran and Wayne Ford are running, I will definitely be back as I will be on the market for my wife’s new car in the summer. Love my Mustang and the experience could not have been the any better Thank you. More
