The Mazda Roseville team especially Garrett and Jaik who helped us out were fantastic and went above and beyond expectations! The 2026 Mazda CX5 just got off the truck. We got to the shop around 6:30 and they had it prepped and ready to go in the amount of time it took us to complete the paper work. The finance team Jaik, was easy to talk to, explained ending every thing so that a person with no car knowledge would understand. When he believed we would or would not benefit from certain things, he took his time to explain so it made sense. Garrett was our sales rep and he got to showing us the car right away, and was not pushy about extras; just got us what we wanted. The experience was smooth and quick. We would go back again in the future to Mazda Roseville and recommend it to others. More
