When I bought my car did not realize it would take 2 hours to even get an oil change. Paid for extra warranty also and needed to get 2 tires plugged and this took over 2 hours. I know I did not have a hours to even get an oil change. Paid for extra warranty also and needed to get 2 tires plugged and this took over 2 hours. I know I did not have an appointment this time but emergencies happen. Always an excuse not enough help for over a year???. Dont tell customers it should not take very long and 2hours plus you are still waiting?? More
