I found management to be extremely arrogant disrespectful and unprofessional. I was given a car that is unfit for the road. The car had bald tires which was pointed out to the managers. The vehicle had a check engine light the day it arrived. The sales rep was made aware the same day. I made an appointment with the local ram dealer at his request and now he says the dealership won't cover The sales rep was made aware the same day.
